Shoreline Management Plan 2 - Consultation Documents Print E-mail

Working with others, the Coastal Group has been pulling together plans for how we think the North West England and North Wales coast should be managed over the next 100 years. We need your views and knowledge to make sure that the final plan sets out the right course of action for people, homes, business and the environment.

The consultation period has now ended. However, these documents will remain available until the final SMP2 is published.

Draft Shoreline Management Plan 2 - Main Document

This main document gives you some overarching information about shoreline management planning, explains the various environmental assessments that have been carried out in producing the draft SMP2, gives a brief overview of the SMP2, sets out some general actions and explains more about the policy summaries.
